Very good proficiency in CATIA V5/V6
4+ years of experience in design of BIW Structures - Underbody, A/B/C/ Pillars, Rockers, Headers/Roof, Body Side Panels)
Relevant experience in Master Sections, Vehicle Integration, Vehicle packaging, Concept creation, assembly processes of various BIW parts.
Knowledge and understanding of Tooling and manufacturing processes
Prepare and maintain engineering release and change documentation Lead design FMEA studies and GD&T
