Job Description:

• Assist customers to troubleshoot and resolve issues involving Dassault Systemes suite of PLM Products.
• Reproduce customer issue in-house, this will require recreating the customer environment in-house.
• Determine source of customer problem (product based, installation and administration issue) and suggest bypass methodologies if available.
• Submit and track issue with Development Team
• Validate Solutions provided by development team
• Must be able to help customers and Development Team analyze and diagnose complex system problems via telephone or e-mail and make sound judgments based on deciding priorities.

Qualification: First class for General and OBC Candidates and Pass Class for SC/ST candidates in BE/B.Tech (Mechanical) from a recognized University/ institution.

Experience: Minimum of one year hands-on experience in Product Design for defence application. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in 3D modeling, design verification by carrying out structural and thermal analysis, prototyping, design validation and engineering documentation. Knowledge in SAP will be an added advantage.

General requirements:

 Age: 25 Yrs and less as on 01.06.2016

 Remuneration: An all-inclusive consolidated remuneration of Rs. 18,000/- per month..

Period of contract: One year from the date of joining, however the same may be extended depending on the progress of the project and performance of the candidate.

Method of Selection: Eligible candidates, who satisfy the above conditions, will be called for written test (objective type questions in above disciplines) followed by an interview.

 Candidates who have not completed BE/B Tech. need not apply. Those who are unable to produce their Degree marks cards and certificates in original on the day of the written test/interview for whatever reason will not be considered.
