Job Responsibilities:
1. Work on selected design projects as a member of various E&D teams. Provide backup support as needed for other E&D projects.2. Prepare preliminary conceptual layouts for design ideas.
3. Prepare assembly design layouts with complete GD&T, analysis of fits and clearances.
4. Develop three dimensional solid models and assemblies of design components.
5. Provide all necessary drawings/3d models required from concept through production.
6. Provide complete drawing packages including details, assemblies, diagrams, and BOM structures.
7. Interact with other design team members to meet and optimize product design requirements.
8. Assume additional roles and responsibilities as required
9. Adherence to quality process.
Job Requirements:
1 Minimum Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with at least experience of 3 years.2 Extensive knowledge of and experience with CAD tool e.g. Solid Edge
3 Working knowledge of GD&T and International Standards preferred.
4 Working knowledge of PDM tools e.g. Team Center
5 Good communication skills are desirable.
